i think i must post a solution here.

the main problem is in how api parse passwords.

if you find a

[Sat, 16 Apr 2016 04:15:40 +0200] Error from DB:connect(YOUHOSTNAME): SQLSTATE[28000]: [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 10.0][SQL Server]Login failed for user 'user'.
[Sat, 16 Apr 2016 04:15:40 +0200] Error from DB:connect(): not pass

message in a DBError.log

be sure you use non alphanumeric char in db.conf PASSWORD.

i have trashed 16 hours of life to determine that because i use strong passwords.
