I was wondering why this guy was banned?

I think this is the right forum where I saw him banned... Bolian that is!

At the moment he is a GM (GAME MASTER) on my HB server, so I want to know... he is not very responsible, over my vacation I gave him the responsibilty of running the serveramd he hasn't put the server back up over my vacation... that was one week... and now 3 days!
