Got xfx 8400 gt 512mb working.

Explain weird case? If that gfx card doesn't fit, then what makes you so sure that the one we suggest will fit?

I wold fit in the slot but there wasnt enough room to push it in. the pci slots were to close to the case.
Ive sent card back so i carnt show you

Well then wouldn't it be beneficial for you tell us what case you have, and the internal dimensions, so we can look for a card that actually fits? It seems kinda obvious...

most PCI-E x16 have the same gap size between the slot, and the outputs
So you probably have to fix your case first (break or whole or something )

Could you copy down the model number of your motherboard, power supply and case (if it has one)?
That would make recommendations a lot easier.

Did he mean it's too tall? or too wide

Exactly what i'm asking, but he seems to assume that we all have the same case as him, and know exactly what the card was which didn't fit.

I could get it to fit i no people that can mod my case.
I havent got card nomore as i said so i carnt show you.

there is already like a internet thing in one of the pci slots and that fits ok.

lol can't u just give the model number of the case... if not give the bloody dimensions. how do we know that a card will fit if you take a pic of the front...

That card in there is well i dunno what it is.

... how does the motherboard or power supply brand help us AT ALL in finding the dimensions for your CASE? Jesus christ, just take your PC to the nearest PC store and ask them which card will fit...

Looks like the card dosen't line up with the slot, wrong mobo to the wrong case for the mobo's size, or the mobos screw fixing are wrong, there are a number of holes sometimes there can be wholes literally millimeters down from another.
