Hello,
you cannot link image directly from GMail, we won't see it :)

You should upload them directly into your post via the Attachment button or upload them on an image hoster (like Imgur).

The bug with character going past 100% is a Server/Client EXP Table Mismatch you must match the tables and then you will gain levels after gaining 100% exp instead of it going over 100%

As for aging i have no clue maybe gregoo can help you more in this area.
