lol that could be a large number of things, it would be almost impossible to help u just from looking at that...but u could be missing dll files as runtime errors can be caused by that. Download another repack and copy accross all of the dlls.

we're running Win Server 2003, but no special set up applied

and we have and tried with a diferent set of dlls

By window, you mean windows i assume ?

tho it not hard to notice, that i said "Win server 2003"

Try to install Visual C++, the runtime should always be included with the install. I am sure that should fix the problem.
