Cabal /_jumpto command not working, character name not exist, how to fix?

1) Be a GM
2) /_jumpto charactersname
3) character must be playing

i am a GM

i did the command

character is playing on a different map

still saying character does not exist

I thought as much but its a command i havent used in quite while so in such cases i try not to be misleading.
