You won't get a kssn on a legal way, every korean person gets his own unique kssn when he is born and it's illegal to misuse it. Well there are kssn generators but still there are hard punishments for it (but i doubt the koreans will come and visit you). And why you would like to play cabal kr? Test server eh? :

Unless you wanna end up in an Korean jail cell, I suggest you not even attempt to use a fake kssn, nor one that doesn't belong to you. They have been cracking down on it extremely hard lately, and you WILL be caught.
