Is bad configuration, u put the repack in linux root directory?
i type service cabal start and yet no working ;/ what to do ? [root@localhost ~]# service cabal config startUsage: /etc/init.d/cabal {start|stop|restart|reload|status}
i got only the same error i dont know why...

i got problem when installing centos on vmbox.
like i am stuck.
i am waiting for so long but nothing happened.

I also got this, you forgot to allocate 2 CPUs to the virtual machine.
I allocated 2 CPUs and switched other linux to red hat and it worked.
PS: Anyone know why the last 5 servers instantly stop after starting them? World, login, event, agent and chat node?
I had that error last year when i tried to create a cabal server, i bought a router, connected it - set my centos to bridged and i got IP.
You can try to set "host-only" instead of NAT, maybe that will work for you. If not, try the solution i posted above.
