Cabal server HELP!!!

hey guys can one help me with a small help is there any guide available with offline IP 127.0.0.1 i wanna make a offline server in a single pc can any one help me out pls

The setup is no different for an offline server to an online one. The only difference is the addresses you use and 127.0.0.1 won't help you as the server doesn't run on your computer it runs on vmware. Please read the guides in my sig.
