You're most likely going to be paying money, seeing as you'll be using another companies bandwidth.

And chances are, you will need to know how to navigate a Linux shell. Among other things.

Actually, there is a way to host RO servers off a webspace using SCSHELL (I think it's SCSHELL). I'm not quite sure how to but if you look it up I'm sure you'll find it.

I think there is similiar service like u said. But it seem to charge u some $$

If you want to host ur website even u off ur computer.... I think the only way is let other ppl host ur website =D

I found a the site explaining hosting on a webspace. It would charge some money, but if you look hard enough there are a few free webspaces that give you PHP and some SQL databases.
