can i change clan name / leader? L2O

Sory for this post guys.. my question is simple and i dont found replys ("clans" or "clans+change")
if anyone reply it in other topic, please sory but i really need know that...
I need know, how can i change one clan name?
can i do it in my Data base?
what archive?
what comannd?
and clan leader? Only need access "database lin2world" and exchange leadeid for charid?
but how can i find right clan leader id?
if i have 200 clans i need get leader id in user_data? and change? only it??
the question is because leader and many gyus leave from server but much guys wanna stay in server and dont wanna make other clan (because castles, clan hall and etc) and i am clan member too...

the problem is: the clan has one clan hall and giran castle, if we change leader and name its can cause any problem in database?
(i think admin tryed change in game but he cant... in that case we need change in database?)
