can Ragezone make a NF server ?

yeah... all private servers are not working good (problems with exp, missions, gold, language pack, ...) & most of them can't stay online more than 1 or 2 months (always problems of any sort) :2up:
... so can Ragezone create a NF server ? :smokin::rasta:
