Can someone please help me about Flyff v19.2???

in Ketchup's v19.2 the database folder looks like this... (https://forum.ragezone.com/threads/vs22-v19-2.1207754/)

I was able to run the v15 however. I am new to flyff, I wasn't able to run the v19.2. Is there a lacking file? Can someone enlighten me? I hope someone could help. Thank you!
