What cilent are you using? But it means something is wrong with that files, "dlgsystem" is what the options menu is (IE: Character Select, Exit Game, Etc). Did you edit it?

why would you use a Korean with serverfiles wrieten in english i mean in the coding it shouldn't maztter much but when you mix two languages things mess up
