Cannot connect to my server help me

i can connect to my server i dont know why i delete the SQL.DLL file in server fille and i use ODBC i font have router i use server file ver 1871 from here http://forum.ragezone.com/f286/beginners-how-setup-your-serverfiles-fusion_dev_repack-v1871-331160/

and i download KPT test ver 1871 and setup and update him and Extract DPT ver 1871 to KPT folder and i change the up to my IP and its dosnet work!!! i dont know what to do i 3 days try to connect to my server plsss help me!!

hi.
u problem is the firewall.
go to control panel - windows firewall - exception - the button (add port) and write u server name and the port (see the picture).
