Cannot connect to WAN with MySQL L2O

I've been trying desperatly with "The NEW Lineage II chronicle server setup guide". If I create a database and enter the username and password I get this error

- GRANT ALL ON selectdatabase.* TO selectusername@* IDENTIFIED BY 'selectpassword' WITH GRANT OPTION; <- where shall I write this? If you need more information about anything, just leave a reply.

You cant use MySQL with lineage 2 server setup

Ms-Sql only

Are you running L2j? Cause that's the only one I know of that uses mysql and supports C2 in that package. Cause there's another forum for that, it's called Lineage2 EMU vs OFF. Unless you did something fancy to get the OFF files working with mysql.
