Cant attack monsters

ok ive searched and couldnt find anything so here it goes i made a server and when i logged on and when i tried to attack a monster i could hit them once then every hit after that i couldnt hit them because it said the monster is fighting another player but there is no one else online plz help:*:

Go to world server config and change

allowKS=0

into

allowKS=1

thats the thing it is set to 0 but it still wont work

This is for Caali files. Somebody should clean the FlyFF section up, so these noobs won't ask Caali-server related stuff. And yeah, they are banned, as far as i know.
