cant connect to server

i got everything working but it says cant connect to server at login screen??

do you have the ports open ? did you changed the ONLY IP to the PC IP ( the LAN IP = example like the pc where server is = 192.168.0.1 )

THERE IS ONLY 1 IP TO CHANGE and when you try to log in to the server try to USE the LAN IP not the LOCAL ONE ( 127.0.0.1 )
