Can't create char..

I have try to make the reset sistem and something gone wrong coz now i can't make new char...i don't know what to do and what more info to put here
I'm using sql 2000 expres edition

Another question...i cand finde where to set the points/lvl....i whant more then 5 points and i can't finde the place in server files

The points per level chan't be changed yet as it relies on values in the enc files which we can't edit

not only that chumpy, the server sends the count to the client, so it`s hardcoded into the server too.
