Cant kill mobs with aoe

can anyone help me plz i have my server running only problem is when i use area attack with and class id does not hit mobs and when i double click the icon it takes time to spin.
second problem is mobs in prison dun die fast even that my char is lvl 210 with (9) sparkle but when i use skill id doesnt efect mobs hard only take 5% of hp so it takes me 5mins to kill one mob which is green :S :2gunsfiring_v1: :2gunsfiring_v1: :2gunsfiring_v1: :2gunsfiring_v1: :busted_co
