cant login at winscp

i have this error when i try to login in winscp.. network error: connection refused... im running straight from a modem... n when i try pinging it works... but jus wanna make sure .. can the ip of centos n my windows be the same?.. pls help.. thks

The IP in CentOS and Windows Can't be the same, I had this error to and I tryed another ip and that worked so you see try using another ip.

Failing that, check your firewall settings to allow WinSCP to access the IP addresses. And make sure WinSCP has the correct privalages.
