Cant select a server L2J

I create a c5 server and in my LAN i can play normally but when a friend try to play outside of my lan, they can pass for the LOGIN but in the server selection screen he cant acess a server.
My friend can see a server on list, its online but he cant access.

gameserver external ip need to change to your wan ip, not 127.0.0.1
