Cant Start WorldDerver

I cant start worldserver.how can i fix this problem

hmmm that is very stange never seen before but i would suggest to Delete whole database and re-execute it all

i deleted all database and re-execute again 3 times. but only this problem still here!! why worldserver.exe load only skills and crash...
PS: OS Win2000 Server SP4

Never ever seen that. Get rev 15.5 / 16.

Re-Execute the database, and relaunch.
