Can't use TBC Content

I first started my own private server following every single step in

To view the content, you need to sign in or register

video (which uses Antrix Core 390), but I can't use "The Burning Crusade" content (i.e. can't go to Outland).
I think this might be due to the database and/or maps folder.
So? Can you help me?

In your SQL Database, and in the Account tables have you filled in at the latest spot named flags???

It should be 8 instead of 0 to be entertaining the TBC stuff!

No. I forgot to do that. Oh well, I've got a new server all hooked up now and with TBC features rocking on.
