Changing ports L2O

Ok I know the ports can be changed , well all but 2106 because I read somewhere that the 2106 port is hardcoded into the client exe.
Anyone changed it yet successfully?
If so a new guide on how to would be gr8full as i getting pms asking me to change ports due to some Uni's collage's banning certain ports.
Any help . thnx
