Changing Stat Point Rate?

Hello Maybe someone of you guys or girls can help me with something i was looking now for more then one week?

So what i want to know is if it is possible to change the normal Stat Point Rate of 5 Points per level to a Higher Value like 10 or 20. I Was already searching on the forums but couldnt find anything only how to add stats via the DB. So if anyone could help me with this i would be glad

Now i can't see because i'm in my job..but
try look in one store procedure..
maybe one is used to update stats points..
now, if don't have the value on it, just sum (+) one value..
or multiplies..

i don't know now..
