Characters Data Column Defined Mangos

I have looked all over the net and found a few out dated articles which obviously the DB has changed since then. I am trying to find an explanation of all the values in the data column under characters in the characters db for MaNGOS. I have a wow Armory site that is out of date for MaNGOS which pulls all the information out of that data column. I have been able to get most of the information to work. I cannot find where the gender is location in this column. If anyone has an explanation of this column for MaNGOS revision 7265 or higher it would be greatly appreciated. I understand that before the gender field was dechex'd then you could use string padding to get a value of 1 or 0 which would define their gender. I dont know if this is still setup the same way or not.
