I DONT CARE i just Share this Because this can open Talisman new client EVP and shumenol and this programm is very usefully IDK i dont care about virus but i am not 100% sure do there have Virus or no Best of Luck

This program only edit basic stuff :S
I have it here full working, help a little, because is most fast edit by it, but i not understand that language :S

That is another evp tool without limit, and it is much faster to pack .evp file than we are using....

you discover smedit you can even translate and yes its very usefull for fast editing but there is absolutely nothing new what u cant do on hand file by file. One of the best things in the smedit is that u can edin the map spawn mobs / npc everything in few minutes ;d and not edit every row in a .csv file. If you can figure out how to do it. Good tool discovered half a year ago.And a TIP there are bugs in the program.
