Circle Smudge

Well first time doing something like this got some tips from Chems tutorial but applied it to my own idea and what not.

Needs some good CC and ideas as to what i could do with this to make the tag more unique im going to try and take this style a step further so all CC welcome.

Back on topic, good smudging there, just the blue circle could be a bit blurred on the edges.
