Clan ERRO (55) and (57)

People, I did all of the clan of Sandur, more when I will create the clan in the game works right, when I add someone of error (55), when someone goes to the clan of error (57) What do I do? ?

error 57 is no connection.
make sure ur firewall has the ports opened.
