clan error

pls....a new error apear in my server..............=X

when i player go to select the char...he got game.exe but ..i if i disable clan system(put / in hotuk) this error dissapear....anyone have a solution?

@happy sorry for this topic out of clan topics but i realy need to fix this error realy realy fast(ppl cant log in the server =X)
