Did you run /home/cabal/cabal_config.sh and input your channel selection? For instance, if you put 10 (Darco) you'll get 5 channels including TG. Run the command "service cabal status" in CentOS to see if your channels are running along with everything else. It should look something like this:

[root@cabalserver ~]# service cabal status
GlobalDBAgent (pid 23712) is running...
GlobalMgrSvr (pid 23750) is running...
CashDBAgent (pid 23779) is running...
DBAgent_10 (pid 23817) is running...
ChatNode_10 (pid 23850) is running...
WorldSvr_10_01 (pid 23886) is running...
WorldSvr_10_02 (pid 23915) is running...
WorldSvr_10_04 (pid 23951) is running...
WorldSvr_10_05 (pid 24000) is running...
WorldSvr_10_10 is stopped
LoginSvr_01 (pid 24077) is running...
[root@cabalserver ~]#

Noticed: WorldSvr_10_10 is stopped because that's the TG channel. It start and stop every hour.
