I've setup the server successfully pointing to 127.0.0.1 since I only use a single computer for the servers and client. now when I run aglaia.exe I can connect, login and create a character BUT when I try to play the game it shows the loading screen and suddenly it goes back to a message that says "Segment severance...".
no errors man. I really dont know what the prob is. somehow the login server cant pass the connection to the main game server or so I think. this is really frustrating I've used up the entire morning just to try to fix this hehehe. the things really is theres no error except the game wont load.
on a more personal note: ey cruz whats up? hehehe I think you know who I am hehehe.
if u have done all in the guide then all i can suggest is u re-install client and re edit the ip's and try again , also check your firewall connection ect
also is your machine up to the running of a server and client together?I do seem to remember that error somewhere tho.
I have an athlon xp 2000+ cpu with 256 ram and a 3gig swapfile. hmm... now that I look at it my memory is a little low I guess but shouldnt it just crash if my system cant handle the load? it doesnt crash at all it just says that "segment severance..." crap hehehe. I'll look into reinstalling everything. thanks for the help so far!
