Client -- No login window

After a few days, i got my server up and running. My problem is that the client doesn't show the login window. I don't know how to fix it either.

ok that's because you have a half updated client. To fix it you need to run the official patcher and do a full patch then you can install the translation packs.

I have run the patcher several times.

So, I've uninstalled it, installed it, patched it, applied patch files, start ROII_Full, the same screen. Here is the screen:

hmm Ill look into it.

I think that somehow my viewport is in the wrong place. It seems to be too far down and to the left... Not sure how to fix it though...

Same With me, There isn't the login.
and i Update there isn't too.
