No Official English client for elements v770 exists. It can only be Chinese. Official moved directly from Awakening 663 to Homecoming 773.

Personally,I don't see why you would be after FW302 with elements 770 unless you have its client source.
If so then I advise you to use SMElementLocalize tool that's put at the same level as patcher.exe in FW-Client

I was waiting for you to add more information but you didn't and so I will take the initiative instead.
