CMS Lite registration

I'm having a little problem with the registration on my RoseOnlineCMS Lite registration.

Whenever i try to make an account im getting an error here:

xampplite\htdocs\modules\register.php line 58

Can anyone tell me a way to fix this? :sq_yellow
