combining item when equipped FAILED to add some effect when equipped

hellow help me please.. this is my prob.. i have two item then my plan is when that 2 item is together equipped i want to put add some effect but the prob is even i remove the another item and the other one is equip the additional effect is still running.. it should remove when you unequip one of the two item.. check this script.. please helpREMOVED

all i want is when saiyan aura and saiyan hair is equpped thre should be a additional effect.. the prob is when i take of the one of the two item.. the bonus effect is still running.. cause the add hp 10k.. is still thre even i remove the saiyan aura the saiyan aura is the item id of 20067
