I'm interested of buying a place for my own. Although I'm a starter at the moment, I don't have the investment yet to get myself my own House and Lot, that's why I'm planning to initially start life in a Condominium or Apartment.

Any tips for a property buyer?

Apartments are cheaper most of the time. Easy to keep saving for your next upgrade.

A pro tip, is when you're touring the place go either 5pm or later or on a weekend. That way you can tell how think the walls will be. Thiccer = Better

Nothing worse then hearing your neighbor's baby cry 24/7.

That is actually true about surveying first your roommates and surroundings.

I mean both of these housings are wall to wall with each other, so you can basically hear your neighbors having hot sex or you could be hearing someone getting killed over your next roomate.
