Conncted Problem - Couldn't find any other threads with solutions I haven't tried!

Hello,

I have followed Atillas guide to setting up the server, and have got so far as to the actual "connected" screen, but alas this is as far as I have got.

I tried the "tricky-fix" by adding an external realm and making an internal one, but I got nowhere. I am connected through an ethernet cable to the computer downstairs, and was wondering if it was something to do firewall and blocking the server.

But I have no real clue, would appreciate immensely any help.

I am tired of hlping with this problem when it is pretty obvious you cannot set this up. So unless you cannot get it up within the next 2 days you better quit, cuz it will jus lead to more failures.
 
If it's obvious, what is it then?

If its something simple I can fix it if not, I can gve up and go back to playing on Priv servers.

Hello, i have a server and fixed vendors and theres no lagg and i want to have other players to play in my server BUT! i have hamachi and have a server in it but my friend wanted to join but it say Unable to connect?? he did realmlist right and join my hamachi but nope its doesnt work please help!

The worldserver port is 8192. In your realms.conf you have 8093 listed as the port, which is the port used between the Logonserver and Worldserver. Change "192.168.0.231:8093" to "192.168.0.231:8192" and "127.0.0.1:8093" to "127.0.0.1:8192" and see if that works. As for Julian_X, if you're not willing to help people and just want to be an ass then why are you even here?
 
In your ascent.conf ( or antrix.conf if you still use that )
