connecting to kal server in own network

hi,
i just finished setting up a kal server in my lan network. now i want to use the kal server from an other pc. what shall i do with the kal client to be able to login at the server? are there any specific packages i have to install ?

open your config and change the ip in xlat-e.dat
then you can connect to the server

theres only text wich doesnt help me in it. any like /\sibvkks\fjbvsj' or so on.
can u tell me what to insert if ip would be 123.456.78.999

extract the file to your desktop and open it with swordscrypt_delfi(you can find this at release section in the packet with some handy tools) or something

ok, i did that. but when im starting the client a get an error that the config... has been changed or anything like that and the client is closed. do u know anything for this?

fixed this bug but now have other problem. when im a the log in screen i enter my datas and click on the login button but it seems as the login button has lost its function. nothing happens. no action.
