Connection Problems..

Well... For some reason I can't connect to my own server. My server.dat has my correct ip and in my config.ini has my correct ip also. I turn the server on and when i try to connect, it says blah blah maintainence blah blah

omg search some befor posting clint cs 5016> | will not let you connect to your own ip unless you get a CIDLuncher or a custem lucner to let you connect to youw own ip sotty made one i thank

I'm behind a static IP not a dynamic and I have tried using CID Loader but it doesn't work

Edit : -_-.. Stupid firewalls lol
