ConnectServer issues - MuSeason 18 Part 2-2

Hello everyone.

I followed the tutorial made by KarLi - I'm usually good with this kind of thing - but i'm stuck at "Starting DB..."

This is my error:

Nothing happens after this.

I know that you will say "It's a config IP error, but also the tutorial doesn't tell me whether i should change the IP in this line:

(Connectserver.conf file)
Login.Database.Info = "127.0.0.1;3306;root;MYPASSWORDHERE#;MuOnline"
The IP that is shown as standard is 127.0.0.1, should this be change, and to my internal or external IP?
Since my internal is NOT 127.0.0.1.

Furthermore, the guide quotes that i should have 3 databases, Login, Log and Characters - i only have 2 in the downloaded files:

MuOnline and log


Please help me get beyond this point
