I need some information on how to completely re-modify for droping of specific mobs / custom monsters

For example: Elite Ring 1 soc -4 100 hp

I want to make a custom monster drop Socs items .. and also changing the quality of the items and possible add in Blessed / enchanted rate also .. thx so much
