Dunno ....
If you are happy to edit two files all times for add your product in the market, you don't need this tools
This tools create the second file named Cash_product required by the client Raiderz with Id, name and description of the market.

All xml file in the system is converted with name and description in the folder lang/en_US.
So, now you know the advantage.
