Like write up a simple tutorial with pictures and easy to follow?

Well, I am new to Pixel Art?
So the easiest section/way please.

There is no "easier" way, just ways that will take less time. To start i'd recomend Anime/Realism. I say this because allot of the new anime stuss is simply bi-toned and would be easy to color in.
