Could not connect to MySQL

Well I made a FlyFF server a couple times and I fixed the problems easily when I did
But this time I tried to start Login Server and it says "Could not connect to MySQL" its not just login but also the others like World and Char
Can anyone help me with this?

wrong pw,database etc in login.ini?

Make sure ur world.ini,Char.ini and login.ini is put to ur ip address and make sure ur MySql pw and login is right.
