craft artifact???

i try craft artifact for my item but never success craft the item, anybody know why?
And anybody know where percentage for craft artifact?

The % will be in craft.scp somewhere but you will need to find the recipeidx from the decoded client enc files so you can find it's values.

Remember that higher level craft rates suck in cabal and 10 or more failures for high level stuff is really not uncommon. That is just a guess though as i have no idea what you are crafting
