Crashed on Quest Mode (any map). HELP

Help guys.

My Runnable crashed on Quest Mode even on Survival after the HIT of any kind of NPC (to the player) and before the minus HPAP from damage of NPC, (there is no deduction/minus of HP & AP processed because it is after the crash) it just crash "after the hit of NPC" to any one of the players and "before the process of minus HPAP".
All of the players from room went to crashed or they both get crashed at the same time.

I've tried to avoid the damage of NPC, and it doesn't crash, and after NPC hit me, that's the time it crashed ('after the NPC hit me' and 'before the process of minus HPAP ', that's the time it get crashed), like there is an error from the source, I don't know and I almost forgot. I edit nothing from NPC and Quest (.cpp) from the Source, maybe there is a conflicting from other .cpp file but I don't know and I forgot what I've edit, Please help. Check/Test your Runnable > Quest Game Mode too, maybe you'll get crashed too. PLEASE HELP.

Now, I remember what I've edit on the source, I've added these:
FPS on Screen (upper right side)
Show HPAP # (to HPAP bar)
I've forgot the other, maybe I add or edit something

Thanks for reply BUT..

But that error is almost there since last month and other months and my quest is working (that last month and previous month), this kind of crash/problem occur this month.
(This month) I've edited my runnable (Gunz 1.5/2011), I don't know and I forgot what's the line I edited that conflicted to the Quest (during the damage of attack of NPC, it crash). There is also people that has the same problem with mine and he is Z1ls and other people.

debug .dmp file and post the results.

The one that crashed out is the Runnable or Client or Gunz.exe or Player(s) and not the MatchServer.
BTW thanks for reply.

This what's happen:
1. I've edit the source
2. I've forgot the lines that I've edit, maybe it's complicated with Quest.
3. On the Quest Mode (any map), after the player taken the damage of attack of any kind of NPC, that's the time all of players from the room crashed.
4. But there is no deduction of HP and AP, it just quit/crashed before the process of minus HP and AP because of damage of NPC.. In short Before the process of minus/deduction of HP and AP, all crashed from the room.
5. I've also tried to avoid the damage of NPC, and I didn't get crash, but If they HIT me, then that's the time I got crashed, but no minus HPAP, it just crashed.

Guys, thanks for reply, all of you guys, because I'm double checking the errors.

Use my repack source, there is /fpsbar command.

I've tried it, but still the same and BTW, there is already FPS (default) and it's around commented on the source so no need to worry about Frame per second.
Thanks by the way, I appreciate your reply.

Hope someone could help us with Z1ls, because he is also having this problem.

What other .cpp are complicated with Quest Mode and Survival
the problem is when the NPC hit me and before the process of minus HPAP, my runnable get crash on that time.
So the minus HPAP doesn't process but the NPC have hit me. Please help me what .cpp are complicated with Quest Mode and Survival because they both the same get (runnable) crash when NPC hit me.

Maybe yes, I've edited some .cpp complicated with NPC hit on a player. Please help.
