crashing server plz help v3.8.9 L2J

I have a crashin Lineage2 v3.8.9 version server, its a dedicated server, but when there are more people in it crashes, i restart it and it crashes like every 5 mins. PLz help me ppl. server isn't so bad, the problem is not in the machine i think.
