I've just recently started taking creatine again, i got lazy before but I'm taking twice as much as i should be doing in order to get in shape twice as fast.. ok that doesnt really sound right and there's probably side effects but i dont really give a toss.

Can someone help me make the most of my creatine ?

for all thouse who don't know what creatine is, it's some kinda muscle supplement you can take when your weight lifting, giving you that extra couple of reps beyond your body's limitations. and yes we have creatine inside us.

And i heard taking to much creatine can make you go overweight is this true?
if so **** yes :D im slim and i hate being slim lol.

Please post if you are aware of creatine or take creatine yourself.

a little update added my most recent body pic ... look at my arms PHOAR!

yeah i feel really different when i take it, it's probably all in my head >.< but i feel like im the hulk lmao... fun stuff really :)

i take it. dont take twice as much because your body only need so much of it and your body will just pee the extra creatine out!!

oh and the best time to take it is 30 min befor you work out and right after you work out

hehe ye so i've heard, but mines a mixed down version so i dont really mind.. im gonna do some work outs now thanks for the tips.. ;) and overdosing is pointless ur right, but i feel like i need more than the dosage on the mixed.

-x31 doin my weights :D

ceratine supps. = very expensive piss. the body can only utililize a small amount of creatine on a daily basis. so if u are eating normally u don't need it, creatine is readily available in red meat and in protein shakes. excess creatine overloads the kidneys to the point where a kidney malfunction can occur. You don't want to be in dialysis by the time ur 40 years old or so, do you ? Best advice is ask your Doctor, a real one, not doctor's in the employ of gyms or supplements manufacturer's.
